Eyelash Policy
DEPOSIT
A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booked appointment, if you don't pay your deposit your appointment will be cancelled immediately

The outstanding will be required at your appointment which can be cash or bank transfer

AFTERPAY PAYMENT
When making your appointment please follow through with Afterpay at checkout as I don't have time to send your invoice to your email for you to make your payment
​
ARRIVAL TIME
Every appointment has an allocated time slot for the needs of each client please aim to arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time with clean/makeup free eyes and lashes
​
If you arrive after your scheduled appointment time, there will be a $20 late fee charge
​
Please try to avoid caffeine or energy drinks before your appointment as taking these can cause your eyes to twitch during appointment which can make it difficult for us to lash
​
PARKING
Please park out on the road due to having a shared driveway

CANCELLATION
As a courtesy, appointment reminders are send out 24 hours by email.
There is a $50 non-refundable booking fee, this fee goes towards the session unless you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours before scheduled time

Regarding NO SHOW your name will be automatically black listed on you account
​
REFUND
Unfortunately there are no refunds on any lash service.
If you feel you are not happy with your overall results it is your responsibility at the appointment to let me know as soon as possible
​
Before any client leaves I always make sure you are happy with your set and if you want to change anything you are more then welcome to let me know
​
A refund will only be given in a result of allergic reactions
